Hello HH Swim Families.  We have a busy week with swim meets and the banquet. See the details below for each event. Please read all the way to the end as there is a lot of important information.

Virtual Meet: Monday, 6/22, at 5:00 p.m. Warm ups will be at 4:45. All swimmers who were scheduled to participate in Thursday’s meet should attend. Please reply as soon as possible if your swimmer is no longer able to come.

The virtual meet start time has been moved to 5:00 p.m. If you volunteered for Thursday’s meet, please plan to serve in the same role on Monday. Please let me know ASAP if you are no longer available to fulfill your role and assist us in finding a replacement.  We no longer need bullpen parents; however, we do need one more computer operator. I will cover one role but normally both the away and home teams provide one. It takes 2 people so we can enter the times and cross check against the place judge recording. Since this meet is virtual we need one more. Please let me know ASAP if you are able help with the computer on Monday.

Swim Team Picture: Team picture will be at 4:30pm on Monday for everyone. You must wear your black Hampton Hall swim team suit. Feel free to hang around and cheer on your teammates if you are not scheduled to compete in the virtual meet.  It makes for a fun atmosphere.

FINAL MEET Tuesday, 6/23. We still need swimmer availability and job assignments. Please do this ASAP so that we can plan accordingly for the meet. Swimmers need to arrive at 4:15pm with warm ups beginning at 4:30pm. Click here to enter swimmer availability. Click here to sign up for a volunteer role.

Banquet: Don’t forget to RSVP for the banquet no later than Noon on Monday, 6/22. The banquet will be at the Hampton Hall clubhouse on Wednesday, June 24^th, from 5-7pm. We’ll start inside with pizza, awards, and a photo slideshow of the season. After that we will go down to the pool for a cool treat and one last splash in the pool as a team!
