UPDATE for the meet tonight at Dunmoor. Please note that we are planning to start the meet at 5pm. Our arrival time is 4pm with a warm up at 4:30. Please arrive at 4pm so that we can get the swimmers arms written on. We didn’t do that as normal in practice this morning due to the uncertainty of the weather. Our bullpen is in the lower parking lot across from the lower tennis courts. It will be blocked off and no parking is allowed in the lot. See below for some additional info from Dunmoor.

Kids need to stay out of the pool, baby pool and playground while they still have events to swim. If they leave the pool area, they become hard to find and they could miss their event. No kid is allowed to be in the baby pool, on the stairs or in the deep end during the meet. Please talk to your children about this and help keep an eye on them during the meet. We need all hands on deck!

If the weather becomes bad while we are swimming, the coaches and Ref will discuss the next steps. If there is thunder, we will clear the pool deck and families can go under the deck, on the deck, and if you are dry, you may go into the clubhouse as well. If we have bad weather and can’t complete the meet today I will send out a communication on how the meet will proceed.

Concessions

They have a full concession stand available including hamburgers/cheeseburgers and hot dogs, as well as chips, candy, and drinks. They accept Venmo, Zelle and cash.

King of Pops will also be at the meet!
