Happy Meet Day!  We have out meet against Wexford tonight at 5:30.  As a reminder all swimmers need to arrive by 4:30.  We will warm up at 5:00.  All first shift volunteers need to arrive by 5:00.  The timer meeting will be 5:15 on the clubhouse deck.  Also, a friendly reminder their deep in is 4-5 feet.  6 and under will jump in.  7/8, 9/10 will push off unless a parent feels comfortable with their swimmer diving. 11 and up can do a shallow dive or push off.  Whatever they are comfortable with.

Our meet THEME is Hawaiian this week.  The optional after meet dinner is at 7 Tequilas located at 10945 State Bridge Rd. Alpharetta, GA 30022.  See below for a refresh of the meet details that was sent earlier this week.

MEET DETAILS

Parking: The clubhouse parking lot is small, street parking is available to one side of the road, please respect signage.

Meet Time: Athletes arrive at 4:30. Our warm up time is 5:00. All first shift volunteers also need to arrive by 5:00. Official Meet start time is 5:30pm.

Bullpen: Our team bullpen will be set up in the grassy area to the right of pool area near the parking lot. We will have access to the pool bathrooms inside the gate. No one except Team Reps, Coaches and Refs are allowed in the clubhouse itself, we are asked to not eat in the clubhouse. The Tennis gazebo and tennis courts are off limits. Also the baby pool is closed to everyone during meets.

Pool: 4 lanes with lane 1 closest to the tennis courts side, dive blocks at one end. The start end is 4-5 feet. 6 and under will jump in. 7/8, 9/10 will push off unless a parent feels comfortable with their swimmer diving. 11 and up can do a shallow dive or push off. Whatever they are comfortable with.

Volunteers: All first shift volunteers arrive no later than 5:00. We will switch to 2^nd shift at event 44. They use the Time Drops timing system. Timer meeting will be at 5:15 at the clubhouse back deck.

Concessions: They have pizza, hotdogs, snacks, candy and drinks available for purchase. Cash, Card, and Apple Pay accepted. Concessions are on the clubhouse patio, accessed inside the pool deck.

Also, please note that the heavy rain 2 weeks ago washed out part of the neighborhood playground's retaining wall, so unfortunately the playground will be off limits for everyone during the meet.
