HH Swim Families,

We're almost there! Two important updates in this message:

• PRACTICE TOMORROW MORNING (Tuesday, June 25)
  • 9:00 - 9:45 am 7/8 & 9/10 Year Old Practice
  • 9:45 - 10:15 am 6 & Under Practice/Tadpoles
  • 10:15 - 11:00 am 11 & Up Practice
• Final swim meet of the regular season tomorrow evening; here's everything you need to know 

Location: Nesbit Lakes 9570 Nesbit Lakes Dr, Alpharetta, GA 30022.

Arrival time: no later than 4:45 PM; our warm up time in the pool is 5:00 PM. Timer meeting is at 5:15 PM and the meet begins at 5:30 PM.

What to wear: HH Team bathing suit (black) and swim team shirt

What to bring (all optional but highly recommended): sunscreen, bug spray, goggles, swim cap, shoes, 1-2 towels, bag to keep items together, water bottle, cards/book/something to occupy swimmers in between races, dinner/snacks and/or money for concession stand (see below).

Bull Pen: We will be under the Tennis Pavillion on the pool deck, which will give us plenty of shade and not require any tents.

Theme: Winter Wonderland; temporary tattoos will be provided during practice on Tuesday and before the meet so each swimmer can show their team spirit

Weather: If inclement weather is in the forecast, both teams will follow ASA rules about delaying meet. Remember, do not to leave the meet until Jennifer or I indicate verbally or via email that the meet has ended and you can leave.

Concessions: The host team will have concessions, but they will be CASH ONLY. Noodles, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, snacks, drinks, etc.

Parking: Parking is going to be tight. As with all swim meets and most neighborhoods, we ask that you only park on one side of the street and signs will be posted. There are side streets all around the clubhouse that can be used.

Dinner after a meet is a fun (and optional) HH Hurricane tradition! If the meet doesn't end too late, the coaches would like to invite all families to Buffalo Wild wings on Haynes Bridge and North Point Parkway immediately following the meet. There is no obligation but all are welcome!

Remember, the end of season celebration is on Wednesday at 6:00 PM in the Hampton Hall clubhouse (we will start upstairs and end downstairs). Please join us for a fun slideshow of pictures from the season, awards and Kona Ice by the pool! This is open to all swim families - whether you swam in a meet or not!
