HH Swim Families,

What a great first meet last week! Many of the swimmers had new personal best times and everyone had a lot of fun! Thank you to everyone that helped and cheered on our Hurricanes!

PICTURE DAY IS TOMORROW! This is a fundraiser for the team - please come show your support! Here is what you need to know!

• Wear your black HH swimsuit - the same one you wore to the meet last week; if you don't compete in the meets, please participate! Wear a black bathing suit if possible.
• 8:45 AM - Arrive for individual pictures. Please bring the attached form and payment with you to keep things moving smoothly.
• 9:15 AM - Team picture - ALL SWIMMERS be at the pool by 9:15 AM to participate whether you are doing individual pictures or not.
• 9:30 AM - Team underwater video - this is a HH team tradition! The kids will jump and play in the water while we capture it all using an underwater GoPro. The video will be shown during the end of the season award banquet.
• 9:45 AM - the older swimmers will help us quickly get the pool setup for practice. Practice will run for these age groups until 10:30 AM.
  • 6 & unders in Lanes 1-2
  • 7-10s in Lanes 3-5
• 10:30 AM - 11 & ups practice until 11:00 AM
• Picture Delivery: Picture orders, including 1 free photo button and 2 free photo magnets, will be mailed to each swimmer's home about two weeks following picture day.

ACTIONS

• Meet Entry and Job Sign-up for the meet on Thursday, June 13 are open. Please complete both by Friday, June 7.
• Thanks to all that completed the meet entry and job sign-ups for this week's meet. If things change, please be sure to email/text/call to let us know. We need to know if you or your swimmer won't be participating so we can update the race and volunteer assignments.

• 5:00 – 5:45 pm 7/8 & 9/10 Year Old Practice
• 5:45 – 6:15 pm 6 & Under Practice/Tadpoles
• 6:15 – 7:00 pm 11 & Up Practice
• Wednesday and Thursday
• 9:00 - 9:45 am 7/8 & 9/10 Year Old Practice
• 9:45 - 10:15 am 6 & Under Practice/Tadpoles
• 10:15 - 11:00 am 11 & Up Practice
• Thursday - away swim meet; details will be sent soon
• Friday - Fun Friday for all swimmers from 10:00-11:00 AM. The coaches will conduct an optional swim clinic right after (from 11:00-12:00) for $20 per swimmer. If interested, please let Coach Sarah Beth know by Thursday morning practice or text her at 678-232-1110.
