Believe it or not, we are fast approaching the end of the swim season, please review these notes and update your calendar and RSVP's to help us finish up the season!

Last night’s meet: It was a tough night at the pool with the thunder delay at the start and the early end due to more thunder but I am glad that our swimmers were able to get in the pool and swim most of our events. While we did lose the meet, I am so proud of our swimmers for putting forth their best effort in the pool! Congratulations to our swimmers of the week: Sofia Kennedy-Kranz and Christian Wolfe.

Next Week's meet at Saddle Creek: Meet #4 is Thursday, June 23^rd at Saddle Creek Saddle Creek Dolphins Pool, 495 Saddle Creek Drive, Roswell, GA 30076 My understanding is their pool is right at the entrance to the neighborhood.

• Kid Arrival at 4:30, warmups at 5:00, meet starts at 5:30. Please do your best to arrive on time.
• Parking will be on one side of the street only so watch for the no parking signs. Our bullpen will either be in a section of the parking lot or at a nearby tennis court.
• Concessions at Saddle Creek will be offering hotdogs and possibly Chick fil A. Cash and cards will be accepted.

Picture Day is June 21^st! We will take the team picture on Tuesday, June 21, at 6:00pm. John Adams has graciously volunteered to take the team photo and it will be shared on our team Shutterfly site. Please wear your Hampton Hall swimsuit to practice that day if you able to attend and be a part of the picture.

If you have any pictures that you have taken at practices or meets that you would like to have included in the slideshow that will be shared at the awards ceremony, please upload them to our team Shutterfly site. The kids love to see themselves on the big screen so please share as many photos as you can!

The End of Season Celebration is June 29^th! The celebration will be Wednesday June 29th at 7:00pm. Following the Awards Ceremony from 7:00 to 7:45 in the upstairs clubhouse, we will head down to the pool and enjoy a visit from the Kona Ice truck. Any family that wants to hang out and swim after the ceremony may do so just keep in mind that there will not be a lifeguard on duty.

Upcoming RSVP Dates: You only have three more RSVP dates to remember! Please look ahead and RSVP and Volunteer at hhhurricanes,swimtopia.com for our remaining events ASAP, or at least by the following RSVP due dates. Even if your swimmers are not attending, we still need you to enter that absence for each event.

• Tuesday, June 21^st at Noon: RSVP/Volunteer for Meet 4 at Saddle Creek
• Friday, June 24^th at Noon: RSVP/Volunteer for Meet 5 at White Columns
• Monday June 27^th at Noon: RSVP for End of Season Celebration.

Optional Meet at Georgia Tech: If your swimmer is interested in participating in the optional championship meet at Georgia Tech on Friday, July 1, please email me by Tuesday, June 21^st so that I can submit our list of swimmers to league before the registration deadline.
